1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using RunMate Pro ("the App") or visiting runmatepro.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App and Website are operated by TapeGeeks Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or Website.

2. Use of the App

RunMate Pro is a fitness tracking application designed for recreational and informational use only. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

RunMate Pro is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. The Runner's Guide content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or if you have any health concerns. Running outdoors involves inherent risks — you assume all responsibility for your own safety.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, Website, and all content therein (including the Runner's Guide, designs, text, and graphics) are the intellectual property of TapeGeeks Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TapeGeeks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
